Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the IPAC platform and the public website operated by Schubring Global Solutions ("we", "us"). By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.

Enterprise customers with a signed master services agreement or order form are governed by that agreement where it conflicts with these terms.

Accounts & Access

Platform access is provisioned per organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access another tenant's data, probing or degrading the service, reverse engineering non-public interfaces, or uploading unlawful content.

Customer Data

Your organization retains all rights to the data it uploads. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Verification Pages

Public shipment verification pages present traceability records generated from customer-supplied data. They are provided for informational purposes; the originating organization remains responsible for the accuracy of the underlying records.

Intellectual Property

The IPAC platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Schubring Global Solutions. These terms grant no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination survive.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
