Privacy Policy
How IPAC collects, uses, and protects information. Effective July 23, 2026.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, work email, organization, and role when you request a demo or contact us.
For platform users, we collect account credentials, authentication events (including IP address and browser user agent), and the data your organization uploads to the platform in the course of using IPAC.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to operate and secure the IPAC platform, respond to inquiries, provision and administer accounts, and maintain audit logs required for regulated-industry compliance.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer platform data for advertising.
Data Storage & Security
Customer data is stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit. Tenant data is isolated per organization, and access is governed by role-based permissions.
Authentication events and administrative actions are recorded in append-only audit logs. Documents are integrity-protected with SHA-256 hashing.
Data Retention
We retain platform data for as long as your organization maintains an active agreement with us, and thereafter as required for legal and compliance obligations. Demo-request inquiries are retained for up to 24 months.
Third-Party Services
IPAC relies on a small set of infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, content delivery, and edge protection) to operate the service. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Platform users should route requests through their organization's administrator.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
